The wait for her birth was agonizing;
The day for her delivery had come.
But she was much more pleased about laying,
All warm and comfy in her mother’s womb.
Although her bearer pushed and yelled and pushed,
The baby still did refuse to come out.
The feeble patient’s strength now extinguished,
The doctors’ worries then were spoken out.
And out they rushed my mom to some far place;
Where countless tools and nurses did await.
They cut her up while I stared at a vase,
Frightened of the news that would end my wait.
When at last the doctor came to get me;
I got to meet my mom’s healthy baby.
The day for her delivery had come.
